We rent 20ft and 40ft steel containers on a fenced, monitored site in Polígono Son Morro, ten minutes from the Port of Palma, STP Shipyard and Astilleros de Mallorca. You drive to the door of your own unit, unlock it yourself and load straight off the vehicle.
If you already own containers, we lease the ground to put them on, with lanes sized for trucks and crane work. And if the reason you need space is a yacht refit, that is the job this site was shaped around.

A 20ft unit gives 33 m³, which covers most household moves, a trade’s tools and stock, or the gear off a mid-size yacht. A 40ft unit gives 67 m³ for a full strip-out or a large inventory. If you are between the two, describe the load and we will tell you.

The compound is fenced, entry is keypad-controlled and CCTV covers it around the clock. Each container closes with a lockbox. You supply the high-security padlock yourself and keep the only key, so nobody here can open your unit.
No. The containers are dry, sealed and passively ventilated to keep condensation down, but there is no powered heating or air conditioning. For most goods that is exactly right. If you need a controlled temperature, we will tell you we are not the right store.
One month minimum. The first month is charged from the day you move in, and after that it runs month to month. The month you hand the space back is charged in full, so there is no long lock-in and nothing hidden.
Yes. We lease yard space for containers you already own, with room to deliver and lift them. That is a separate arrangement from renting one of ours.
Because the honest answer depends on the size, the length of the stay and what is going in. Send us those three things and you get a real figure, rather than a headline rate with conditions attached.
