That is what the yard is. A fenced, CCTV-covered compound in Polígono Son Morro, ten minutes from the Port of Palma, STP Shipyard and Astilleros de Mallorca, with wide lanes laid out for container traffic. You take the plot; the containers on it stay yours. In refit season that is often a paint, carpentry or electrical firm keeping its own container ten minutes from the boat, instead of finding room for it inside the port.

No. We do not provide haulage or crane services, and we will not pretend otherwise. You arrange the transport and the lift; our job is to give them room to work — the lanes are sized for heavy trucks and there is clear space beside each plot for a crane or side-loader.
Plots are quoted by footprint. Tell us how many units you need to place, whether they are 20ft or 40ft, and whether you need room to open the doors and manoeuvre around them. Yard plots are let against a deposit, returned when you hand the ground back.

Every day from 06:00 to 22:00 with your own entry code. Out-of-hours movements can be arranged when a delivery or a lift needs it.
