Roughly 33 m³ of usable volume in a 6.06 by 2.44 metre footprint. That takes a full set of sails with fenders and deck gear on top, a trade’s machinery and stock, or the contents of a two-bedroom home. The internal height is 2.39 m, and there are lashing rings at floor and roof level for strapping a load down.
Corten weathering steel throughout, which is what you want within reach of salt air. Full-width double doors with rubber seals, and ventilation grilles that keep condensation down without any powered system. The units were built in March 2025 and carry CSC certification current to 2030.
There is no power or lighting inside the units, but the interior is painted white, so with the doors open you can see to the back. The yard is lit after dark and there is a power point outside the unit. Passive ventilation, no heating and no air conditioning.
Fenced compound with keypad entry and 24/7 CCTV. Drive to your own door and load straight off the vehicle. The lockbox takes your own high-security padlock and you hold the only key.
A full sail wardrobe with running rigging and covers, off the boat for the yard period and back on for the launch.

Take the 20ft unless you are clearing a whole boat or running several projects at once. If you are close to the line, the 40ft unit is cheaper than two 20ft units and needs one trip instead of two.

Every day from 06:00 to 22:00 with your own entry code. Out-of-hours access can be arranged when a launch or a haul-out needs it.
No. The unit is dry, sealed and passively ventilated to control condensation, but there is no powered climate control. If you need a controlled temperature, we will tell you we are not the right store.
One month minimum, charged from the day you move in, then month to month. The month you hand the space back is charged in full. No long lock-ins and no hidden costs.
