No. The unit is dry, sealed and passively ventilated to control condensation, but there is no powered climate control. If you need a controlled temperature, we will tell you we are not the right store.
Nothing that needs a controlled temperature — the units are dry and ventilated, but not climate controlled. No fuel, gas bottles or flammable liquids, nothing perishable and nothing alive, and no batteries of any kind — including electric toys and tools with a battery still in them. Engines, generators and outboards are fine once they are drained. If you are not sure about a particular item, ask before you book rather than after.
One month minimum, charged from the day you move in, then month to month. The month you hand the space back is charged in full. No long lock-ins and no hidden costs.
