Storing the gear from a two-month refit, keeping a contractor’s machinery for a year and moving a household once are different operations on different timescales, even in the same size of container. A standard rate would make the short jobs expensive and the long ones inflexible.
So we quote per project. Tell us the size, the dates and what is going in, and you get a real figure — month to month, no long lock-ins, no hidden costs.

The container itself, use of the lockbox, your own entry code, drive-up access to the door, a lit yard with a power point outside and 24/7 CCTV over a fenced site. Access every day from 06:00 to 22:00 is part of the rental, not an extra.
Your padlock — the lockbox takes a high-security padlock you buy and keep the only key to. Transport to and from the site, and any lifting, are also yours to arrange: we do not provide haulage or crane services.
The rental covers the space, not what you put in it. Check whether a policy you already hold extends to goods stored off-site, and tell us if you need anything from us to arrange cover.
Size of unit, how long you need it, and what is going in. Those three things settle it. A long seasonal booking and a six-week refit slot are not priced the same.
One month minimum, charged from the day you move in, then month to month. The month you hand the space back is charged in full.
